Personal data treatment.
We may use your personal data and/or your visits on our webstore for several purposes as described below.
H-NTR webpage visit. To highlight items on our webstore you likely be interested in, we may use your personal data like IP-address, in combination with your previous order(s) and your searches saved in cookies.
Execution of orders. To deliver your order we require your personal data as described in the order form. If needed, we provide your data to others like delivery services to complete the delivery. H-NTR account. When you create an H-NTR account, your personal data will be saved in our secure servers and will be used when you want to log into H-NTR. We will use your personal data to track and trace your previous orders, if any.
Customer service. To optimize and expedite H-NTR customer services, any of your communication with H-NTR may be stored along with your personal data file. The collective of communications with H-NTR customers will be used to analyze and upgrade our processes and customer services.
Customer reviews. Our independent assessment body, will sent an email message to our customers including a link where you may leave a review of an item purchased or about H-NTR.
Fraud. Personal data may be used to investigate fraud. Upon request, we will provide customer data to government authorities.
Payments afterwards. If you buy items that you do not want to pay immediately, your creditworthiness can be tested. In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we can pass on your contact and order details to Klarna during checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether you are eligible for Klarna’s payment methods and tailor these payment methods for you. Business customers. We also will store data of business customers or partners. In case it is data of persons, we will treat them the same way as for our other customers.
Social media. If you are for instance on Facebook and you press like on a product or item, that item will be stored in your social media-account. We don not have access to your social media-account, however you can share that item with friends. If you ask H-NTR a question via your social media-account we may store your message and your account name in order to react on your message.
What we will not do with your data. We will not use your data to show you different prices as we present to all other customers. All our customers will see the same price of the items. We will not sell your personal data to others.
Personal data check. You can check or remove your personal data anytime. Just get in contact with us. Let us know if your data is still correct. Be aware that we need to have your personal data for you to order any items of our webstore. We also need your data to complete your order and delivery.
Responsibility of processing your personal data. H-NTR is responsible for processing your data. H-NTR is founded in 2018 in The Netherlands by young enthusiastic entrepreneurs, striving for innovation in both hunting and shooting sports.
